Holiday is finally possible again. But even when travelling, one should protect oneself and others. What do you have to think about when you buy a travel first-aid kit?
Anyone who goes on holiday in Corona times should always supplement their first-aid kit accordingly: an appropriate amount of protective masks for the mouth and nose or so-called everyday masks should be included, explains Ursula Sellerberg from the German Federal Chamber of Pharmacists.
Since washing your hands while travelling is not always possible, she recommends carrying a disinfectant with you – preferably in a jacket pocket.
But the typical travel accessoires should not be forgotten: always pack a remedy for nausea or diarrhoea, for example. Depending on the destination, protection against ticks and mosquitoes is also advisable.
